For CAW Local 555, Unit 1, negotiations for a
Collective Agreement as a new CAW Local,
were completed June 14, 2006. This
Collective Agreement runs from June 16, 2006 to
June 15, 2009.

Unit 2: Regional Medical Associates (RMA)
In the early part of January 2005, the
bargaining teams for both the Union and the
Employer locked themselves away
and began around-the-clock bargaining in the
attempt to reach a fair
agreement. In the early hours of January 13, 2005, a tentative
agreement
was reached. MUSA's negotiating team unanimously recommended the
tentative
agreement to the Membership at the ratification information meeting that
was held on January 17, 2005. The Membership voted on January 19, 2005.
100%
of the Membership in RMA voted and the resulting vote was 85.7% for
ratification.
